Nitya Thakkar is the Aureus Editor in Cheif on the RubicOnline staff. This is her third year on staff. Nitya thinks that journalism empowers people by giving them the information they need to make informed decisions and have well-developed opinions, and helps a community come together by sharing stories. In her free time, Nitya enjoys dancing and playing the violin with Minnesota Youth Symphonies. My geometry and biology textbooks were provided by the school, I found a used version of The Ways of the World online, even though must students have new ones, and I had to buy all my English books new. If SPA had a way to reuse and resell books I would definitely use it, sophomore Adrienne Gaylord said.
