No longer a bystander

I would like to know how to do my part in dealing with climate change
No+longer+a+bystander

Dear Rubicon Online Staff,

After reading your editorial on taking action on climate change and about making it a priority, I first thought that 1.5 degrees Celsius wouldn’t be so bad, but after doing some of my own research, a tiny bit more it would be devastating.

It is very helpful to put in predecessors of people and institutions who have implemented ways to deal with climate change but as a school how can we do our part? Knowing how and what has previously been done and what has been effective is helpful for brainstorming ideas.

Telling us about the ways the administration can help still isn’t enough and doesn’t allow the student body to participate in lowering climate change. As a member of the targeted audience of The Rubicon, I would like to know how to do my part in dealing with climate change instead of just being a bystander.

Sincerely,
Allan Wang
