Mind over matter: Boys baseball braves mental game despite tough loss to Kenyon-Wanamingo

Boys tennis kicks off season fiercely with three matches in one day

Freshman Peony Steele is the captain of the girls golf team this year and the youngest Spartan athlete to occupy the role.
STRIDE. The track and field team practices their different stride styles. Many athletes run different distances, but starting early and practicing a diverse set of running styles sets the athletes up for success in any event. “If you start your good habits early you are less likely to be injured due to poor form,” captain Bridget Keel said.
