Blackhawks lose to Hermantown early in season

On April 24, the Boy’s Varsity Lacrosse team, the Blackhawks, played the Hermantown Hawks at Minnehaha. The final score of the game was 9-19, with Hermantown winning over the Blackhawks.

“Even though we lost, it was a really good game for us because we fought hard and played better than we have before and that showed on the scoreboard,” senior Will Swanson said.

The Boy’s Varsity Lacrosse team is currently 0-3-0, having lost to both Roseville Area High School and Simley High School in the past few weeks. However, Swanson is hopeful for the season and believes that “[the] team has a lot of potential this year, especially since [they’ve] only just started the season.”
