Because the Minnesota State Fair didn’t raise ticket prices in 2024 they plan to raise ticket prices by two dollars to help with the upkeep of the fair and to revamp old buildings.

The Minnesota Gophers dance team won the National pom title and placed third in jazz at Nationals on Sunday. The team has won pom for three years now and have now won 23 national championships.

With Trump back in office, one of his first executive orders was to provide increased security to the US-Mexico border. Since then, the Pentagon has planned to provide more funding and increased enforcement of immigration and other unlawful acts. To act on this, Trump has decided to designate drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, intended to allow the use of military force. Trump’s push to use the military as law enforcement may face obstacles, including legal restrictions and governmental reluctance.

President of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol, became the first sitting president to be detained in a criminal investigation in South Korean history. Now rather than staying in a multi million dollar mansion, Mr. Yoon spends his time alone in a 107 square foot jail cell.
