Advisories gather to celebrate International Women’s Day
Seniors Amodhya Samarakoon, Stephanie Li, Noor Quiereshy, Sarah Murad, and Tabeer Naqvi work on their feminist stickers.
HerSpace held a sticker making contest on Mar. 8 to celebrate feminism in honor of International Women’s Day. All advisories were encouraged to participate, and the advisory with the winning sticker will receive a prize. However, multiple sticker designs will be available for students to purchase once they are printed.
HerSpace co-president, junior Numi Katz,helps put away supplies while advisories leave. "I think it went really well! We got lot of people to come, and a lot of really cool stickers," said Katz.
