![ECLIPSE. A solar eclipse is a rare event in which the moon is between Earth and the Sun, blocking the view of the sun. In other parts of the United States, the view of the Sun will be totally blocked, constituting whats called a total eclipse. A total eclipse is a completely different event that is another level of coolness. Henry Burkhardt: Hey Spartan poets welcome back to the poetry podcast with Henry Burkhardt, bringing you the finest student poetry every week every Friday. Today we’ll be talking to senior James Montague about his poem entitled “Passion.”
James Montague: We as humans must learn to love. So much hate. So much hurt. Too many not embracing the dove. Yet why is there this temptation. What drives so many to maim. A circle of violence unbroken. Just adding fuel to the flame.
