The Rubicon

Sophie Jaro
This is senior and Chief Visual Editor Sophie Jaro's third year on the St. Paul Academy and Summit School newspaper staff. Her love for art which she cultivates outside of school plays into her role in this position by strengthening her ability to make infographics and other design elements that bring life to the paper. Her InDesign and Photoshop skills also assist in creating the school's quarterly magazine, the Aureus. Outside of Jaro's love for all things journalism, she's a tremendous athlete who participates in lacrosse, cross country, and basketball, and who has dabbled in Nordic skiing. Jaro's excited to bring more energy and creativity to The Rubicon staff this year and help her peers develop their writing and design skills as well.

She can be reached at [email protected]
