[SPA THINKS] How do you reduce stress in your life?

Students answered the question “How do you reduce stress in your life?” in light of midterms rapidly approaching. Many answers included music, art or books, but sophomore Eleanor Smith mentioned that the best way she takes a break from schoolwork is something more on the active side: “I [enjoy] going for a walk or hanging out with my friends, because those are things I like to do, but sometimes it’s still a way I can get things done,” Smith said.
