By interviewing freshman Ann Li and sophomore Minh Tran, this video takes audience through behind-the-scenes of preparing cultural foods in celebration of the Lunar New Year in both Chinese and Vietnamese cultures respectively.
READ AND EAT. Tri-fold boards were posted, introducing the foods at tables and the different countries' cultures.

Asian Student Alliance hosts Lunar New Year food festival

The event included a number of cultural dishes along with posters highlighting various countries and ethnic groups.
Each Lunar New Year, Macou, China, celebrates with a Dragon Dance at Macau Fisherman's Wharf. Dragon Dances are common in celebrations since Chinese dragons are a symbol of the country's culture and are seen to bring good luck to the audience as they dance.
