Lunch: BBQ Spiced Grilled Chicken, Vegetarian Baked Beans, Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

1.Attention all 7-12 grade boys interested in participating on the Swim team this winter. Meet Coach Lendway,
Tuesday, November 6 at 3:15 for a quick swimming meeting in the dining hall.

2. Book Fest 2012 is here! Today Jim Walsh kicks off this year’s event with a presentation at 9:45 a.m. in the
gym, and a book signing in the Summit Center from 11:45-1:00 pm. Jim Walsh is a writer, columnist, journalist,
and songwriter from Minneapolis. He is the former pop music critic for the St. Paul Pioneer Press and a former
columnist and editor for City Pages, and has written for most every publication in the Twin Cities, as well as Rolling
Stone magazine, the Village Voice, New York Times, and SPIN. He is the author of The Replacements: All Over
But The Shouting: An Oral History. You’ll hear Jim during x-period, but we encourage you to stop by during lunch
and ask questions about the Twin Cities music scene or about how he finds great stories to tell. You are also invited
throughout the week to browse and purchase books in the Library Classroom throughout the week.

3.SENIORS- We will be retaking the Senior Class Picture Wednesday, at 10:15. Please meet on the front lawn near
Randolph and dress warm. This picture will be used for a Senior Brunch project and your parents want EVERYONE to
be in the photo!

4. SENIORS—We have received some senior page proofs back from the publisher. Please check to see if your
name is on the Senior Info Board. If it is, please check your proof in Ms. Brooks’ office, 284 by 3 pm on Wednesday,
November 7. This will be your last opportunity to see your page before it is printed in the yearbook. Thanks!
