CRAZY FOR CANDY. Sophomore Brooks Geiger hands out candy to the lower schoolers with a trunk decorated with a blow up pumpkin. While Trunk or Treat is not new, it was the first time it was a sophomore service event. Class advisor Kristen Piehl came up with the idea and got the grade excited to be a part of this event. She saw the need to help the class come up with new ways to give back and build community. Sophomore Peony Steele, who participated in the event, said that she was “excited to participate in this event with my friends and to hand out candy to the kids.”
