Junior Privileges: How off-campus privileges create a sense of freedom

In May of Junior year, the option to go off campus during free periods becomes available to the incoming seniors. This change allows for more autonomy over study spaces, lunch, and more freedom overall, including being able to leave campus.

So, what do juniors do with these privileges?

Junior privileges permit students to have more freedom and can improve attitudes around school. “I enjoy going to school a lot more now and I feel like the days go by quicker,” Junior Clare Ryan Bradley says.

Bradley says that she is able to try new food around the school as well as get her Starbucks easier. “I think it has improved my productivity, because I sometimes do homework while I eat now.”
