Tech corporations lack racial diversity among employees

Diversity in big corporations has been a large area of focus, especially in tech companies like Apple and Microsoft. Companies like these run a huge portion of day-to-day life, especially with the increase in technology use during COVID-19. If they don’t have diverse staff in their tech areas, then they shouldn’t be in power in such a large category of life. Here is the data taken from the companies’ websites on their diversity reports in both 2018/2019 and 2014.
