Muslim-American organizations were excluded from the White House iftar dinner held in celebration of the Islamic holy month, Ramadan.
MSA president Iya Abdulkarim and vice president Mashal Naqvi facilitated a Q&A with speakers Tamara Gray and Lori Saroya. This event precludes Hijab Day, which will take place Feb. 1.
