Upper School PE teacher Cari Jo Anderson holds up the required waiver to participate in the 5K. The goal of the race is to promote healthy active lifestyles; to broadcast that physical education is educating students on how to live a healthy lifestyle and to have fitness as a fun, inclusive community event, Anderson said.

5K Fun Run/Walk emphasizes importance of an active lifestyle

SPA will be hosting a 5K Run/Walk on May 14 at 9 am. Waivers are available outside Ms. Anderson's office in the athletic hallway.
