Students wildly surf new website

With many popular websites like Pinterest and Tumblr, many students yearn to buy the cool products they pin and reblog. A new and exciting site, Wanelo.com, makes this possible to users. With Wanelo, users can browse products from independent artists along with many trendy stores including Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. Users can also connect their Wanelo account to Facebook and share products and wish lists with friends. St. Paul Academy and Summit School junior Ysabella Johnson, an avid Wanelo user, enjoys how the website makes online shopping easier and more efficient. “You can sort through all the information and you don’t have to have five tabs open from different stores,” Johnson said. “You just type the products you want, and you can just buy it,”. When a user likes a product, they can “save” it and add it to their wishlist. Each product has a link to the website or store that users can order it from. Johnson plans to use this aspect of Wanelo in the very near future. “I saw this really cool pair of leggings, I wanted to buy and I’m probably going to buy them tomorrow,” Johnson said.
