Catherine Braman

Catherine Braman, Online Editor-in-Chief

Catherine Braman is a Junior at St. Paul Academy and Summit School. Catherine served as Online EIC for first semester 2014 and was a co-Sports Editor in 2013-14.  Catherine likes to spend her free time walking her Yorkie Poodle, Briggs, and likes to spend time with her family. The youngest of two children, Catherine loves to watch baseball. Catherine’s love for baseball goes above and beyond: she’s been to 18 major league ballparks, attended the All Star Game in Minneapolis this summer, and volunteered at Twinsfest and Create a Memory events at Target Field. Catherine is also a part of the student group Community Actions and Service and the SPA Academy Chorale.  Two of Catherine’s favorite aspects of Journalism are sports photography, followed by managing social media.

The Pops Concert performers will do the Time Warp again this winter.  First performed in 2007, Time Warp wraps up the 2014 Pops Concert as the finale.  US Choir Director Anne Klus said, “The song is a great way to incorporate all of the almost 250 singers and instrumentalists together in a big finale to end the Pops Concert.”
