Senior Class Leadership Council hunts for gift

“We’re pretty divided on the issue,” senior Steven Olson said. Indeed, the search for a suitable senior gift has been at the forefront of the concerns of this year’s Senior Class Leadership Council. “All of the girls want to buy a fund for people who go on Fall and Spring Odyssey.” Numerous other ideas are being considered as well. “[Upper School Fine Arts teacher Eric Severson] proposed a large trophy case,” Olson said. “He said it would be good to have it because [SPA has] won a lot of awards for non-sport things. Debate, one-acts, math team, etc.” Whatever the outcome, the debate is far from over. “We’re definitely not done talking. There’s still a lot to do,” Olson said.
