[PHOTO STORY] Saint Paul Public Libraries develop new safety precautions
The Highland Park Library is a staple in the Highland Park community. The staff has been working hard to ensure that all book-related needs can be met during the pandemic while still enforcing COVID-19 precautions.
Following the closing of the Highland Park Library early in the pandemic, new policies have been implemented that allow guests to visit the library and seek out books in-person.
In addition to in-library regulations, books placed on hold are held on the pickup shelves for extended periods of time, and due dates have been prolonged to make reading and the check-out process easy and accessible for all.
