Martial arts develops from hobby to lifestyle

For many young adults, martial arts is just a bunch of flailing around violently and ninja kicking the air. Not for Eddy Sharifkhani. For Sharifkhani, martial arts is more of a lifestyle. His training and knowledge put him above those clumsy hooligans who don’t know the first thing about the sport. “If I got karate chopped in the forehead, I’d block with a front strike and get him back with a 3rd control pin #2 throw. I’m currently testing for a purple belt.” Sharifkhani conquers many a flailing hooligan with his skills, but faces pride wounding challenges when it comes to gymnastics: “I still can’t do the splits.”
