![ECLIPSE. A solar eclipse is a rare event in which the moon is between Earth and the Sun, blocking the view of the sun. In other parts of the United States, the view of the Sun will be totally blocked, constituting whats called a total eclipse. A total eclipse is a completely different event that is another level of coolness. So if they [the students] have that chance, they should absolutely take the chance to see a total eclipse if they ever can. Humans of SPA: Cole Staples
“My proudest moment would probably be 8th grade Quiz Bowl Nationals when our team placed 7th in middle school nationals… we had been doing it [Quiz Bowl] since 6th grade and I knew that after that year, I would be switching schools. It was kind of a send off for me and the rest of the team, because a lot of us were leaving. It was our crowning achievement before we all went our separate ways,” junior Cole Staples.
