On Friday, The SMB Wolfpack faced off against the BSM Red Knights coming off 3 consecutive wins, hope was high for a Wolfpack win.
Immediately the game started off with a bang after the wide receiver wearing jersey number zero returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown. Eventually, at the end of the first quarter the Red knights responded with a touchdown of their own leaving the game score at 7:7. In the second quarter it was back and forth with both teams making far pushes that were ultimately unsuccessful. In response to a late score by the Red Knight, the wolfpack were able to get a buzzer beating field goal at the end of the half. The Red Knight pretty much dominated the second half of the game leading 16:21 with just under 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Then all of sudden, the wolfpack scored multiple first downs and with just a little over a minute left in the game they were 1st and goal. After being stuck in No-mans land Aiden Wilson laced a passed to one of his receivers in the end zone who dropped it. Then again Wilson found one of his teammates open in the end zone to win the game, but he dropped it as well. Finals score of the game 16: 21 Wolfpack.
