PHOTO STORY: Faces In Spaces
As sections of the high school close for prolonged construction, students think about how they use their space.
With construction underway for the Schilling Math and Science Center, sections of the Upper School are closed. These closures forced a shakeup in routines and in the regular spaces where students spend free time. As both individuals and groups of friends relocated, the entirety of the Upper School felt a shift. Who do students spend free time in the spaces they do? Which spaces do they miss?
"I started coming [to SPA] in 9th grade and it's kinda just become habit [to come here]. Many of my friends sit here, so it's a nice place to meet up with them. Plus, the furniture is set up in a way that invokes discussion and the chairs are comfortable." - Andrew Michel said.
