Eat It! Don’t Bake it! This is the slogan for The Cookie Dough Cafe, a wholesale company that makes edible cookie dough. People who regularly eat raw cookie dough when baking cookies are probably thinking: isn’t all cookie dough edible? The answer to this is yes; however, The Cookie Dough Cafe makes cookie dough without eggs, making their product safer to consume.

While the name “Cookie Dough Cafe” seems to suggest this is a restaurant, it is actually strictly a wholesale company. To help their customers find places to buy their delicious creations, The Cookie Dough Cafe created a website with a “store locator” feature. Customers can type in their zip code and a map will appear showing every store nearby that sells products of The Cookie Dough Cafe. The addresses and directions are given as well. They also give the option to request that a specific store starts selling their products. The website lists all of the flavors created by The Cookie Dough Cafe. There is chocolate chip, monster, cookies and cream, naked dough (plain), and a variety of gluten free flavors as well (peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip).

Festival Foods is one of the grocery stores that sells products of The Cookie Dough Cafe. The cookie dough can be found in the refrigerated section of the store. Although the website shows a wide variety of flavors, not all of them can be found at certain stores. Chocolate chip, monster, and cookies and cream are all choices at Festival Foods. There are 16 ounce containers for $8.49, which is pretty expensive, however, totally worth it for cookie dough fanatics. There is also the option to buy a four pack of smaller, serving-sized containers.

After tasting one bite of Cookie Dough Cafe, it won’t matter how much this delicious creation costs. The chocolate chip cookie dough is soft, creamy, and has the perfect number of chocolate chips. The monster cookie dough, on the other hand, has a different texture. For those who are unaware, monster cookie dough consists of peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M&M candies. While the monster dough is still pretty tasty, the chocolate chip cookie dough should be the flavor that people try first.

Overall, the Cookie Dough Cafe should be applauded for their delectable, mouth-watering edible cookie dough. It is the perfect treat for that late night sweet tooth.
