Students should take high-efficiency breaks while preparing for finals that both relax and re-energize the body in a shorter amount of time.
Noor Qureishy has been named the Al Neuharth Free Spirit Scholar for the state of Minnesota.  she will attend the Free Spirit conference June 18-25. The point of the conference is to provide resources for students who want to go into a journalism career in the future, she said.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The  Musical is a playful show that lives up to the books. This is the Cheese Touch scene which revolves around a piece of moldy cheese on the playground no one will touch. Its a very fun scene with really cool choreography.
