Upper School PE teacher Cari Jo Anderson holds up the required waiver to participate in the 5K. The goal of the race is to promote healthy active lifestyles; to broadcast that physical education is educating students on how to live a healthy lifestyle and to have fitness as a fun, inclusive community event, Anderson said.

5K Fun Run/Walk emphasizes importance of an active lifestyle

SPA will be hosting a 5K Run/Walk on May 14 at 9 am. Waivers are available outside Ms. Anderson's office in the athletic hallway.
A variety of Computer Science classes will be offered to SPA students in the upcoming school year. Its something that many of us have felt is lacking for a while. Im really excited that were adding it. And Im excited for the program, Upper School Principal Chris Hughes said.

New Computer Science electives in works for upcoming school year

In the works is a variety of new course offerings related to Computer Science that will be available to St. Paul Academy and Summit School students the upcoming school year. These courses include Introduction to computer science, Computer Science Principles I and II, Competition Robotics, Regular Robotics, Advanced Topics in Computer Design.
History of Race, The Contemporary Novel, and Advanced Printmaking and Sculpture take a step beyond traditional textbook content.

It fell apart when people changed offices, Bukovsan said. The new signal will be a paperweight, because paperweights are visible and also mobile, Bukovsan added.
