Upper School teachers Aimeric Lajuzan and Emily Anderson discuss plans for a revival of the formerly annual Battle of the Bands competition, which is scheduled for April 16. Wed eventually like to transition to this being a largely student run event. Its for the students, so it would be nice if it was also by the students, Anderson said.

Among the successes of St. Paul Academy and Summit Schools 2015-16 winter season was when the SPA fencing team took first place in the state once again. I think a lot of the student athletes that have been in the program have been working hard for years to really get to this moment and I think that its their future to own, Athletic Director Dawn Wickstrum said.

Race focuses on the journey of black athlete Jesse Owens. The 1936 Olympics were one of the only times where I really felt the overlying feeling of racism and oppression in the movie, and this feeling lacked in America. Upper School Counselor Susanna Short juggles her many responsibilities while maintaining a soothing demeanor. Her many arms can only reach so many students. The school should hire an additional counselor to spread the workload and increase access  for students.
