The Upper School Fall Science Showcase exhibited the work of students in advanced research and engineering courses.
Students were able to test and vote on furniture for the new Schilling center. “I think it was fun testing out the chairs and helping decide what types of furniture we be in the Schilling Center. It was also fun to see the students help in the involvement of the center,” 9th grader Ivan Starchook said.

Sophomore Isabel Dieperink combines her love of horses while volunteering at Lakeview Farm to teach children with anxiety or with an intellectual disability the joy of riding horses. I decided to apprentice with my horse trainer before I was volunteering so it was helpful to me to see and really be able to work with horses thoroughly to be able to understand their signals, and I could help teach the kids how to recognize that too, Dieperink said.
