Pronoun practice reflects intent of gender inclusion

International Pronouns Day is Oct. 20. The school pronoun practices -- the addition of pronoun buttons on most lanyards and backpacks -- reflect the gender inclusion policy.
The parent meeting that took place on Jan. 30 about the Gender Diversity policy gave parents a great opportunity to listen about the reality of gender diversity for students.

Gender Diversity policy is a start, conversation still needed

The parent meeting on Jan. 30 concerning the new Gender Diversity policy was an excellent example of productive listening, but students must engage and be given the same opportunity.
