While exams are still three weeks away, many teachers have advised students to start studying now. This advice especially pertains to math and science exams due to the stress they generate for students each semester.

“I’m pretty nervous,” junior Pia Schultz said.

Junior Sean Edstrom echoed Schultz’s thoughts.

“Both of the subjects are challenging but I’ll be really happy when both those exams are over,” Edstrom said.

Because math and science are generally difficult exams, students are forced to implement effective study techniques. While techniques vary from student to student, most agree that it is more beneficial to start studying early rather than late.
