![ECLIPSE. A solar eclipse is a rare event in which the moon is between Earth and the Sun, blocking the view of the sun. In other parts of the United States, the view of the Sun will be totally blocked, constituting whats called a total eclipse. A total eclipse is a completely different event that is another level of coolness. Students share favorite holiday songs
Sophomore Eli Conrod-Wovcha celebrates Christmas. "I really like Carol of the Bells because it's a really prevalent song in my life, and I play it on the violin sometimes." Conrod-Wovcha said.
With Hannukah next week and Christmas and Kwanza rapidly approaching, all over the world, people are listening to a lot of holiday songs right now. These songs can have a variety of different meanings depending on the person. Sometimes they spark memories from when people were younger or traditions they have with their family, or in some cases, the songs are just fun to listen and dance to. Regardless of why people are listening to them, holiday songs are a great way to share cultures and traditions with others.
