The student art gallery is open, and it features student’s work from all the art classes in the middle and upper school. Students explained what they have been working on during the first semester, and why they made their pieces. Seniors Will Swanson and Annie Kristal took photography and wanted to give students new perspectives, whether it be about the world or themselves. Sophomore Ruby Hoeschen tackled works and styles she had not yet tried in pottery. Junior Noah Rice applied a personal interest in his drawing piece that allowed him to merge to spheres of his life. The art gallery will be open for the next couple of weeks for students to see artwork from their fellow classmates.
