The Rubicon

Sharee Roman
Sophmore Sharee Roman is RubicOnline's photographer for 2017-2018. She has been a member of The Rubicon since 2016 as staff writer and now as a photographer. Her philosophy is to capture moments that are raw and real. She is not a huge fan of photo manipulation and believes that a photo should be good from the start; clear focus, clear purpose, pure emotion, and good composition. As a journalist, she  tries to listen to the community and find out what is buzzing around. What's the new hot topic? What's interesting? She does not participate in any sports at school, but is on a rock-climbing team year around. She loves to play cello and participates in an orchestra called Gtcy's. Journalism has taught her a lot about speaking up in and for a community.
