Recently however there has been a club created for students to exercise during school free time at X period. This is a very positive change for the SPA community and means people can access equipment more easily than ever.

students need to take the time to invest in their physical well being and use the SPA facilities.   ”

The physical benefits of exercise are well known, though many people still don’t find the time for it. As stated on the National Institute of Health’s website people who engaged in leisure-time physical activity had life expectancy gains of as much as 4.5 years. These benefits are now more accessible to all SPA students than ever before. Students need to take advantage of this increased accessibility and use the weight room. It is important to promote student physical activity to help maintain the welfare of the student body. It would be useful to give announcements about weightlifting club in the blue sheet and at senior speeches in order to further inform students. Students are also responsible though, students need to take the time to invest in their physical well being and use the SPA facilities.
