Congratulate the SPA Nordic skiers who had great results in the Section 3 Championships at Wirth Tuesday!

1. SPA Nordic skiers had great results in the Section 3 Championships at Wirth Tuesday! Ellen McCarthy placed 5th and advances to the State Meet, Feb. 14, at Giants Ridge. The SPA Girls’ Team was tied with South for 3rd place after the morning classic race and with the afternoon pursuit took 3rd place by 9 points over South. Lily Rogers-Grant placed 15th, missing a trip to the State Meet by just one place. Mike Destache took 14th place, just 3 places out of qualifying for the State Meet. Congratulations SPARTANS!

2. All Fitness for Life classes will have GAME DAY this Friday! Everyone needs to bring athletic attire and meet in the training room once you are changed for attendance.

3.JUNIORS – College Seminar this Friday is in the Library Classroom again. Please bring your laptop. Please come at your ‘usual’ time, or check with one of us to switch periods (we’re there periods 1-6 and period 8).

4. JUNIORS. Good luck on the ACT this weekend. Remember to bring photo ID, your printed admission ticket (which also lists your test center location)’ and an ACT approved calculator (ACT is does not permit TI-89 and TI-92). Also several sharpened #2 pencils. 5. Valentines Dance! Students, please don’t forget that ALL non-SPA guests MUST have a Guest Form on file with the Dean no later than Friday, February 8th – no exceptions, so please be sure to follow through on this detail. Also, once you leave the event, you may NOT return. Final entry for the Valentine’s dance is at 9pm – all students must arrive by this time. It’s going to be a great dance and we are looking forward to seeing everyone there! SAC

6. Attention Varsity Girls Hockey Players: Short meeting today in front of Mr. Brown’s office at 10:15. Bring your pencils.
